grading or sieve analysis mean the percentage of each size used in total volume.to calculate it u need retain weight of sieve and divide it with total weight and multiply by 100 and you will find the retaining percentage
100-retain percent= passing percent

aggregate means stones the grade is the size of stones if stone size increase the grade increase
