Dear Friend, the orientation of rooms is as important as its construction some of the benefits are
1. Locating the proper direction North etc
2. Proper drainage of waste water.
3. Movement of sun in different seasons as it can directly effect the room temperature etc
4. Winds blowing in different seasons. etc
