Water logging is difined as water retaine on street surface or agricultural lands is called water logging.in agricultural lat it is affect the corps,in street it produce tha musqutos and bactirias and other desise factors

In agricultural land, when the soil pores within the root zone of the crops get saturate with the subsoil water, the air circulation within the soil pores gets totally stopped. This phenomenon is termed as water logging.
