What can be the foundation footing size of 4 storey building?

That is depend on the type of the loading. It will vary building to building. it can be 1.8m X 1.8m or more or less. That is completely depend on the loading

If you know the load on the footing the you can calculate the footing area very easily.
footing area equal to service load divided by the allowable bearing capacity.
