Hi. I'm creating a proposal project for my English class. There is a railroad that cuts through the middle of my city and trains block traffic many times a day. I am proposing a type of underpass that goes underground. It's length is about 150 feet. Is this idea feasible? If so, how much would it cost. If possible, can you provide a better alternative to solve this issue? Thanks
